PAYMENT AND REFUND

Your slot will be cancelled if no payment is made within 48h (without a good reason).
I will start working on your commission once full payment has been sent.
Chargebacks without reason or due to irresponsible buying will result in being blacklisted.

You can ask for edits and changes during the sketching phase. No changes are allowed on the final piece.
There will be an additional price for major edits.
Your order can be completed in 1-3 months depending on where you are in the queue. I will notify in case of delays.

This doesn't apply if you have bought the commercial rightsI retain the right to publish the artwork on my platforms and use it in my portfolio, but do let me know if you’re uncomfortable with it.
